Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS)
Based centrally to Milton Keynes (Hybrid/Flexible) – with travel nationwide
£45,000 – £60,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance (Dependent on Experience)
Become a trusted property advisor, not just another surveyor.
Pinders is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join our Building Consultancy team, supporting a key client portfolio through Lifecycle Costing (LCC), Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), asset management planning and strategic property advice.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a core client, developing a detailed understanding of their retirement property portfolio and becoming a trusted advisor on all aspects of property maintenance, performance and investment planning. Alongside supporting an established client relationship, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the service and wider business.
We’re looking for a technically capable property professional who enjoys building long-term client relationships, solving property challenges and delivering practical, commercially focused advice.
