Project Management means different things to different people and our service is deliberately modular in nature, allowing clients to use us for as much or as little as they require within an overall project.
Some clients have relied on our Project Managers to identify and acquire sites; undertake feasibility studies; assist with obtaining planning consents; prepare tenders for the project; and appoint team consultants and contractors. We often go beyond this traditional role, bringing our experience to aspects such as marketing, registration (care homes), fitting-out, and establishing facilities management and maintenance contracts.
Whatever the scope of our duties, outsourcing control of a project allows clients to focus resources on their core business activity.
