A risk analysis with recommendations is provided to ensure that pitfalls are minimised: a key consideration prior to the release of funds.

Through his experience and understanding of how a building can impact on the day to day running of a business, Ray will review defects and any works required over a five year period, allowing the client to set realistic maintenance budgets or possibly negotiate a revised purchase price.
