Michael Preece

An Asbestos Surveyor with 21 years’ experience within the industry, Michael has extensive experience in asbestos surveying across all building sectors.  Within Michael’s consultancy role he also project manages the removal of asbestos and provides asbestos awareness training to people within the property sector. 

Michael holds extensive Asbestos related qualifications:

BOHS P406 Supervision and management of the safe removal and disposal of asbestos,
BOHS P405 Management of asbestos in buildings,
BHOS P404 Air sampling & Clearance testing of asbestos,
BHOS P402 Proficiency Certificate in buildings surveys & bulk sampling for asbestos,
BHOS S301 Asbestos & other fibres, covering all aspects of surveying, management and awareness.
