Despite his current role, Mark retains an active involvement in the wide range of professional, valuation, appraisal and consultancy services undertaken by Pinders multi-disciplinary team.
Particular areas of expertise include Independent Expert reports and valuations, Landlord and Tenant matters and Consultancy reports on various trading aspects, together with loss of profit assessments and development proposals. Work is undertaken on a national basis and typically relates to more unusual or complex cases.
Mark is also a regular speaker at seminars on business appraisal and valuation, and advises clients on matters such as changes in practice, market analysis, and the effects of new legislation/regulation. In addition, he has worked closely with the RICS and other professional bodies to develop a better understanding and recognition of "best practice" in relation to business valuations and the specialist property sectors.
Mark has previously been a Committee Member of the Leisure Property Forum and chaired the LPF Leisure Property Awards for a number of years, as well as being a judge for the Healthcare Design Awards for the last seven years.
