Having been with Pinders for more than 22 years, Malcolm has been responsible for Business Appraisals and Valuations within the Licensed & Leisure related sectors for most of that period, and was appointed a Director in 2006.
He retains his primary responsibilities for the production of Appraisal and Valuation Reports within the Licensed and Leisure sector, whilst still regularly undertaking valuations himself, advising a number of the major lenders within this market on trade related aspects, and having responsibility for the training and ongoing development of Pinders’ national valuation workforce.
