Graham is an Associate Director with 30 years’ experience in the valuation and appraisal of small (up to 50 employees) and medium sized enterprises (up to 250 employees) enterprises throughout the UK.
His recent instructions have included appearances under cross-examination in the High Court as an independent expert, both joint and independent witness reports on agency compensation claims, an independent report and submission for mediation, and County Court attendance for divorce proceedings. The spectrum of businesses he has reported on has included hotels, healthcare businesses, manufacturing and retailing enterprises of all types.
Graham is a member of the Trade Related Valuation Group of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a sub committee involved in the preparation of guidance notes and standards on business valuations to the profession, including their interrelationship with the International Valuation Standards Committee.
