David is an Associate Director with over 15 years’ experience of project management and Health, Safety and Environmental Management, including the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM).
David’s areas of expertise lie within the healthcare sector and, in particular, in connection with residential care and nursing homes for the elderly. He has a proven track record in concept design, master planning, planning applications and contract administration, with many projects successfully delivered on this basis.
David is a member of the Association for Project Safety, and when the CDM Regulations were significantly revised in 2007, he was amongst the first to gain entry to the new register of CDM Co-ordinators.
