Meet The Expert

 

David Fry BSc (Hons) MRICS

A Chartered Building Surveyor with seven years’ experience in private practice and a Senior Surveyor at Pinders, David has recently qualified as one of the first wave of Energy Performance Certificate Assessors in the country and brings strong commercial property experience to this new and challenging discipline. 

David aims to provide crucial advice to clients looking to build, sell or let a non-domestic property in order to maximise their commercial advantage in this current difficult market. As part of the process of producing EPCs, David can offer advice on improvement and upgrade strategies, which in turn can improve the energy rating of a building and increase its market potential.
EPCs can also be used to assess the efficiency of current building stock (not to be sold or let) where a client is looking to determine the liability of their existing buildings and develop strategies to obtain the most out of their fixed assets by reducing running and environmental costs.
