Claire started working in Pinders in 2003, undertaking her RICS training within Pinders.
Claire is based in Pinders’ head office, although also undertakes valuations across the country. Whilst specialising in care home valuations, she also undertakes work on specialist businesses, to include children’s day nurseries, doctors’ practices and dental surgeries. Based on her experience, she is now involved in group appraisals, rent review negotiations and consultancy work.
