Andy is a Chartered Surveyor who began his surveying career with Pinders in January 2001, spending time in the Healthcare and Retail Divisions before his move to a senior role within the Hospitality & Leisure Division.
This varied background has afforded Andy extensive experience of all aspects of business appraisal and valuation, in addition to a variety of general practice disciplines such as Landlord and Tenant matters and development appraisals.
In his current position Andy specialises in the valuation of a wide variety of going concerns for a variety of purposes, together with other areas of professional practice, such as advice on Rent Review and development appraisal.
