Whilst we would never claim to appraise as many poodle parlours as pubs, or value as many camp sites as care homes, the underlying principles are generally similar, albeit that the market investigation can take a little longer!
We take very seriously the requirements of the RICS Appraisal & Valuation Manual, which insists on valuers declaring their expertise prior to accepting an instruction, so don't be surprised if we try to turn away the more exotic and unusual requests.
