When Pinders began its business appraisal and valuation service in 1969, the main focus was on the retail and licensed/leisure sectors. Healthcare was to follow later, in the early 1970s.

We expanded our retail division and at the beginning of the 21st century, created a specialist team to specifically cover nursery care provision, a niche sector that has seen exponential growth in recent years.

The business world is a place of rapid flux, and as we look to the immediate future, Pinders is involved in adding further sectors to our portfolio, such as offices and non-property based services, whilst still maintaining our focus on our key core sectors: healthcare, retail and licensed/leisure.
