Our service involves a qualified surveyor inspecting the premises and reviewing relevant documentation such as building operation manuals, plans and drawings, to establish the likelihood of the presence of asbestos. The inspection is formally recorded and a risk assessment is provided to the client.
Where asbestos is identified, suspected or assumed, we will also provide guidance on ongoing management, to include advice on registered specialists and the production of management plans. We are also able to project manage asbestos removal contractors.
