More complex projects may require a significant level of design input from more than one professional. The client’s brief may need to be developed from a concept, costs will need to be quantified, the works need to be tendered, and contracts need to be prepared and administered.

At Pinders, the role of Design & Contract Administrator is undertaken by Chartered Building Surveyors experienced in the design and budgeting of building works, statutory compliance, selection and administration of contracts, monitoring the completion of work and settling accounts.
