If you are still looking for the right opportunity to start your professional career, have taken time out and want a challenging new role, or your existing job is not providing the variety and experience you need to pass your APC, then we would like to hear from you.
Ideally, you will have an inquisitive and analytical mind, as well as an aptitude for valuations, good communication skills and an attention to detail. Applicants should also be personable, enthusiastic, have good IT skills and should not be afraid of hard work or responsibility. An RICS approved degree or similar qualification is required.
Successful applicants would be joining a modern, forward-thinking firm of Chartered Surveyors, with a Graduate Training Programme operated under the direction of Pinders' in-house "APC Doctor". As well as achieving MRICS status, the expectation is that the successful applicants will become RegisteredValuers. The positions are based at Pinders' Head Office in Milton Keynes.
