Chartered Building Surveyors Required
We currently have a position for a personable Chartered Building Surveyor with at least two years’ PQE and an enthusiasm for developing and maintaining client relationships. The position is based from our Milton Keynes Head Office.
The successful individual will be able to demonstrate: experience in surveying a diverse range of buildings; knowledge and experience of dilapidations; the ability to write detailed specifications; and be versed in contract administration. Previous work in care home sector development would be an advantage.
Extensive travel within the UK can be expected with this post, so a full clean driving licence is required. A competitive salary and company car are provided.
